Situation idéale, rue latérale calme mais à seulement 2 minutes à pied du palais des papes. Nous avions une grande pièce à l'arrière avec un excellent lit et des commodités. Le petit déjeuner était superbe avec d'excellents fromages et viandes locales. Le toit-terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la ville. Enfin, Rosalie n'aurait pas pu être une hôtesse plus aimable et attentive!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'hospitalité de Rosalie lors de notre séjour au Limas. Je ne pouvais pas croire à quel point Rosalie était accommodante avant et pendant notre séjour. Elle a été extrêmement utile avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La chambre était charmante et lumineuse, les lits très confortables, les draps étaient de très bonne qualité et le petit déjeuner était parfait. Je me sentais comme si nous restions avec de vieux amis. Globalement, c’était le point culminant de notre visite à Avignon

The history of the building

Le Limas offers you exceptional stays in an authentic and unique setting in Avignon.

A former private mansion from the 18th century, our charming guest house owes its name Le Limas to the street that starts from Place Crillon to Porte Ferruce.

Formerly, this district was home to the port of the Rhône, which was frequently polluted by the silty deposits of the swollen waters of the river. The street, which was traced there, bears the name of Limas and was not paved until 1741.
